3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to any paid service. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this requirement. Our services are available globally; however, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws regarding financial content and investment activity.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Lepus Research and the Investor Bunny platform offer monthly subscription plans. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan details are displayed at the point of purchase and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified). You authorize us to charge your designated payment method at the start of each billing period.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid content until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

4.4 Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of initial subscription purchase. To request a refund, contact us at legal@investorbunny.com within this period. Refunds are not available after this window.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published by Investor Bunny and Lepus Research — including reports, videos, graphics, text, data compilations, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Investor Bunny / Lepus Research and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or republish any paid content
• Share subscription credentials or access with third parties
• Use our content or branding for commercial purposes without written permission
• Scrape, copy, or mirror our platform or reports

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:
